EU Battery Regulation and Battery Passport readiness

Battery Passport readiness starts by determining whether the battery category and placement on the EU market fall within Article 77, then assigning the economic operator responsible for the record. For in-scope LMT, EV and industrial batteries above 2 kWh, the passport requirement begins 18 February 2027.
